If you do not want to use the online ordering feature then you may pay by check (NSF checks are subject to a $20 service charge), money order or call in your credit card number (416-223-3716).  In order to ensure accuracy we will only take small orders (5 items or less) over the phone.  Orders of 5 or more items must use the Offline Order Form or an email must be sent detailing your order (please include item numbers - click here to see sample of item number).

To place on offline order please do the following:

• Complete the Offline Order Form;

• Be sure in include the item number (click here to see sample of item number)

• You will be contacted by the Northern Bead Company confirming your order and be given a total with shipping and taxes (if applicable) along with an order number;

• Mail a copy of the order confirmation plus a check or money order to:
